Could anyone point me to the tutorial on how to bind a keylogger (Ardamax) with a jpg please?

I found one that allowed me to bind a jpg to an exe file but it wouldn't allow me to copy or move the Ardamax file into the RAR that I'd created.

I really am a newbie, well you know that... But I don't want to waste peoples time with so many questions and I think it's better for me to make my own mistakes (by following the tutorials) as it's the best way to learn and get experience (imo). It ...
